The ThinLED 1 is a miniature spot that provides an incredible lighting, considering its size. Its global shape enables an easy set up. The ThinLED 1 is particularly recommended for controls in small spaces. It can be seriously considered as a competitive alternative to lighting fibre optic : its high powerful led fits the highest production rates. The ThinLED 1 is obviously the key lighting for industrial vision in confined spaces.
The ThinLED 4 is a such a powerful lighting compact spot that it can be seriously considered as a competitive alternative to lighting fibre optic. It has been specially developed for the control in confined spaces. Its highly powerful 4 leds, in directive intense or diffuse lighting, fit the highest production rates. The ThinLED 4 is equipped with a fixing stirrup, that makes it easy to fix and orientate, either for a direct or a darkfield lighting. The ThinLED 4 can work in continuous or strobe mode.
Equipped with a powerful LED, the Spot SBAR is the ideal compromise between the spot and the bar : the Spot SBAR provides a very powerful lighting, just like a spot, and can be easily fixed, thanks to the groove behind, like a bar.
Set up either upwards or downwards, it enables the powerful lighting of confined spaces. Thanks to its directive intense or diffuse lighting, the Spot SBAR reveals its whole potential for the control of a circular surface. Finally, the inside electronics make it very easy to use : you just have to plug the Spot SBAR on a 24V power supply.
Either upward or downward, the Spot SBAR UV 405 can be fixed very easily, just like a bar, thanks to the groove located in the back of the body. In continuous or strobe modes, the Spot SBAR UV 405 is perfectly adapted to the control of circular areas, in confined environments.
Equipped with a Spot SBAR UV 405, your camera will then be able to lead an infallible quality control, detecting straight away the optical brighteners of the glues or paints that you would have used. The materials lacks and the assembly defects will be immediately highlighted.
The Spot SBAR UV 365 (or UV 385) is a high powerful spot that can be easily fixed, thank to the groove located in the back of the body, just as you would do for a bar. Equipped with a 365 nm UV led (or a 385 nm UV led), it can perfectly light circular areas, including in places where the size is a real constraint. The Spot SBAR UV 365 (or UV 385) is very useful to highlight any kind of product that reacts with ultraviolet light (glue, paint…). Thanks to this spot, you can easily control assembly defects, highlight materials lacks, and also read UV markings.
The HPFDOME is a high-power flat dome illumination solution for Machine Vision applications. This product is the next evolution of TPL Vision’s flagship MFDOME+ Standard product, carrying significant product enhancements.
Including: brightness level up to 45 kLux*, new connector making it easier and more cost effective to integrate*, improved rising and falling times of 15μs and 10μs respectively (40% Improvement*) and custom sizes available in 1cm steps (from 200 x 200mm up to 500 x 500mm or 1000 x 200mm).
The Aluminium casing of the product can be manufactured to sizes from 200 x 200mm up to 900 x 900mm or 1900 x 400mm. This range topping illumination solution is perfect for area illuminations in robotic applications, such as pick and place, and logistics applications requiring stable images on large fields of view. Available in Red, White and Infrared, the LEDs are mounted with highly efficient lenses, engineered to distribute the highest brightness and uniformity balance for the dome lighting applications.

Both powerful and very diffuse, the Medium Flat MFDOME+ Overdrive can deal with many machine vision applications. The MFDOME+ has been designed to detect small pieces in a container, to highlight thermoformed products or also to improve contrasts on workpieces made of several materials. It works in continuous and strobe mode, with very short rising and falling times: 25 μs and 15 μs.
Equipped with very thin borders, the MFDOME+ uniformly illuminates from the whole useful surface, included from the edges. No hot spot to notice ! Very thin, the MFDOME+ gets a hole in the middle to insert the camera’s lens. And using the TPL Vision mounting accessories (in option), you can easily integrate it thanks to the mounting plate.
The MR-DOME is compound of a bi-colour LED lighting ring (2 sets of colours and 2 dimensions) and a dome reflector. It has been designed with tough production environments in mind: IP65 as standard, overdrive embedded, simple remote control capability (selection of colours and quadrants).

The MR-DOME should be mounted close to the object of interest to maximise the effect of the illumination style.
To minimise the «black dot» visible within the image, the diameter of the hole at the top of the dome should also be minimised. This can be done using the supplied plastic caps. The MR-DOME provides a highly-diffused light source which has no component of direct lighting. The light intensity is lower than with other illumination techniques but will have a high degree of homogeneity.
Equipped with new leds, the SMALL SDOME II has a lighting power 4 to 5 times higher than the previous version used to have for white and red leds (WHI & 630). The SMALL SDOME II offers a diffuse and homogeneous indirect lighting that lessen reflections and enable a reliable quality control process on curved and shiny surfaces.
This is the ideal lighting for bar codes and 2D codes reading. Thanks to the ingenious clipping system, the hole located on the top of the dome can be easily customized, so as to fit the camera’s lens perfectly.
Available in two sizes (80 cm an 130 cm), the SMALL SDOME II is compliant with industrial standards, including connection (M12 connector).
The LARGE LDOME is the biggest TPL Vision’s dome. Either in continuous or in strobe mode, the LDOME provides a very diffuse indirect lighting. No doubt that this is the indispensable lighting for rounded shiny surfaces.
The LDOME reveals all its potential in robotics (ex: resetting process) and also in quality control (ex: surface defects, marking reading, materials lacks).
The MR-LOW ANGLE is compound of a bi-colour LED lighting ring (2 sets of colours and 2 dimensions) and a low angle reflector, with an angle of incidence of 45°.
It has been designed with tough production environments in mind: IP65 as standard, overdrive embedded, simple remote control capability (selection of colours and quadrants).
It is used for applications where a direct light source is considered too harsh or bright but the diffused light provided by the Dome version is not enough intensity. The light source will provide some degree of homogeneity.
The LOW ANGLE II provides a darkfield lighting, very popular among industrial vision professionals. Equipped with new leds, this version is 4 to 5 times more powerful than the previous version (as far as white and red leds are concerned). Placed closely to the surface, it provides an homogeneous lighting with a low incidence angle.
The LOW ANGLE II can detect any kind of reliefs on flat surfaces. It turns out to be very useful to check engravings and to highlight edges, holes and cracks.
The LOW ANGLE II can be easily set up on a production line, thanks to the M12 connector. The two versions (80 and 130 mm) can cope with the most demanding industrial standards, either in continuous or in strobe mode.
The Backlight Kit helps to convert the ELINE into a Backlight version. The backlight lighting version of ELINE is designed to provide exceptionally uniform illumination, ensuring exceptional clarity and precision in inspection tasks, particularly for line scan cameras. Thanks to its advanced diffuser technology, it delivers an intense and homogeneous light distribution without any visible LED hotspots, making it ideal for even the most demanding applications. Additionally, it includes alignment tools to assist operators in precisely aligning the camera with the light, simplifying installation and ensuring optimal performance.
The Focusing Kit helps to convert the ELINE into a Focused version. Designed for short working distances, the focused light provides a specific focal point with unparalleled precision. It provides the highest level of brightness out of all versions, with peak intensity achieved at a 50mm working distance, ensuring optimal performance in critical applications. This makes it particularly well-suited for high speed applications like web inspection or optical sorting systems. The focused light creates a narrower beam than the collimated light type at short working distances by using an additional lens to converge the light.
The Reflection Management accessory helps to remove visible LED spots when inspecting shiny surfaces at close working distances. It is compatible with the Collimated and the Focused configurations.
