Compact, modular machine vision ring light featuring both opaque and transparent diffuser options and Angle Changer flexibility. This versatile IP67-rated LED ring light allows users to easily customise their illumination output. With a built-in OverDrive function, the M-TRING’s 12 powerful LEDs deliver intense lighting, perfect for directly illuminating circular areas. Its lightweight and robust design ensures seamless integration with machine vision systems, cameras, and robot arms.
The M-TRING is available in two versions (DO-opaque and DT-transparent). The transparent version delivers the highest output and performs well at different working distances, while the opaque version excels at inspecting shiny, reflective parts by effectively concealing any visible LED hotspots. Ideal for precision machinery, robotics, 2D code reading, and small-scale quality inspection applications.
The M-TRING can be easily attached to C-mount lenses using an adapter, integrating the lighting system directly without the need for extra brackets or fastening components. This direct connection not only saves space, but ensures that the ring light is perfectly centred and aligned with the camera’s field of view, providing optimal illumination for the object being inspected.
Compatible with the transparent diffuser version, Angle Changers enhance the adaptability of ring lights to suit different applications. By clipping the Angle Changers to the ring light, users can easily adjust the angle of illumination and amount of diffusion.
No need to take the product apart! Featuring magnetic attachments for effortless installation and removal, and screws for fixed mounting, Angle Changers ensure adaptability in dynamic environments and evolving application specifications.
Featuring 8 different options, the M-TRING Angle Changers offer comprehensive control over adjusting brightness and intensity for the illuminated area, using only a few accessories. Compatible options include:
The innovative Converging Angle Changer* is a newly developed feature, eliminating the “halo” effect typical of ring lights, and concentrating illumination in the centre of the field of view. By concentrating light at a 22° angle in the centre of the field of view, the Converging AC enables users to quickly and easily achieve a distinct and focused illumination style. Combined with the powerful output of the M-TRING, this type of lighting is ideal for small-scale vision systems requiring intense lighting for the imaging of a specific area.
